Grayson went to his two month well baby appointment earlier this week. TWO MONTHS OLD! It doesnt feel like it has been two months :) He is changing a little everyday and I absolutely love it.
He is 12.79 lbs., 22 inches long, and his head is 16 inches around.
He is starting to be able to hold his head up on his own, still wabbles a little though but he will get there :) He is super strong though...everyone, not just myself has noticed how strong his legs are for an 8 week old. He "talks" SO much now it makes me smile every time. He will just talk and talk and giggle and smile :)) He can mimmic as well. I will make a noise or say a word and he makes the same noise or makes a noise that sounds pretty much just like the word I said...he's pretty awesome I'm not going to lie....no big deal :) I cant wait until he starts to really talk!
He also looooves tubby time.
He just sits in his little bath tub and plays while I bath him....though he is not happy when I take him out :p he also has grown to love his little bouncy seat which is awesome but at the same time a little rough because he loves to sleep in it more than his crib so we are working on getting him use to his crib at night time....THOUGH he is sleeping SO well at night, only waking up for one feeding so I am getting full nights sleep now which is amazing! He is such an awesome baby. I couldnt have dreamed of having a better baby :))
OH and I had a wonderful 1st Mothers Day! Zak and Grayson got me 2 very sweet cards and a beautiful bouquet of roses (my favorite) and Zak cooked me a delcious dinner and watched a girly movie for me and just let me relax all day long :)
This last 2 months has just been such an amazing experience. Yes it has been tough...I do not want people thinking I am just this bubbly person all the time who has not had it a little hard as a new mother....do not get me wrong there have been a few rough nights and days but it has all be completely worth it and I am learning and by me learning I am able to help Grayson get on a schedule and be happy and learning his personality and it is such an amazing thing!
